Motel Passione is well-regarded for offering an overall positive experience to its guests, particularly in terms of location, cleanliness, and staff service. Situated conveniently close to Expotrade Pinhais, the motel provides easy access for event attendees and is near various dining options, which enhances its appeal. Guests appreciate the security for their vehicles and the pet-friendly policy, contributing to a hassle-free stay. The establishment is recognized for being simple yet offering good value for money, though some visitors may find the location less than ideal.
A standout feature of Motel Passione is its impressive cleanliness, which significantly enhances guest satisfaction. The motel maintains a clean and airy atmosphere, with modern rooms that are meticulously maintained by a dedicated cleaning service. Despite a minor issue with bathroom trash cans lacking lids, the high hygiene standards of the motel are praised, complementing its convenient location.
The staff at Motel Passione is another highlight, receiving commendations for their attentive and competent service. Guests appreciate the value and promptness of the staff's efforts in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, with particular praise for the night receptionist’s service. While there is a minor discrepancy mentioned between the room conditions and overall expectations by some guests, this does not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive impressions of the staff's dedication and the motel's pet-friendly policy. Overall, Motel Passione delivers a satisfying experience, marked by cleanliness, convenience, and excellent service.
