The Novotel Bucharest City Centre offers a pool experience that elicits varied responses. On the positive side, guests appreciate the presence of a pool and spa, which provides a soothing retreat within the hotel, with free access to these amenities being a noted perk. The pool is described as lovely and pleasant for relaxation and fun, especially for children. The design of the pool area gathers compliments, and its operational hours until 10 PM are convenient for late-night unwinding.
However, many reviews highlight the pool's diminutive size, which often feels inadequate and leads to crowding. The temperature control seems to be another issue, with several guests finding the water too cold to fully enjoy. There are mixed comments about the cleanliness and condition of the pool, ranging from clean and inviting to murky and poorly maintained. While the pool does provide an added layer of leisure for guests, it appears that expectations should be tempered regarding its overall size, warmth, and upkeep.

If you're looking for a relaxing getaway at a beautiful hotel, you might want to consider Epoque Hotel - Relais & Chateaux. While the spa was unfortunately closed during some guests' stays, the pool was a highlight for others. Although smaller than expected, the pool was deemed "nice", "lovely" and "peaceful" by guests who used it. It's worth noting that some reviewers did mention that the pool could become crowded if more than four people were using it at once.
