The thermal pools are a highlight and the water temperature is spot on. The outdoor pool is a lovely place to soak up the sun while taking a dip. The pool area is spacious and there are many facilities, including whirlpools, foot baths and mineral water baths. Although some guests felt that the pool could do with some maintenance and repainting, this did not detract from the overall experience. The pool can get busy at peak times, but it's worth the wait for a spot in the sauna or bubble bath. One downside is that there are not enough seating areas near the outdoor pool, which can be reserved by early birds. Nevertheless, guests overwhelmingly praise the pool as a place to relax and unwind.
