Summarized by AI
Hotel Comfort Park, situated conveniently opposite the Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre in Porur, Chennai, garners positive feedback largely due to its prime and easily accessible location. Guests appreciate its proximity to Chennai International Airport and the surrounding shops and restaurants. The heavy traffic and ongoing metro construction present some challenges, but the future promises enhanced connectivity, particularly beneficial for medical visitors.
The hotel’s breakfast offerings receive mostly positive reviews. Guests commend the freshly prepared daily breakfast, especially praising the South Indian buffet with live kitchen dishes like Dosas. While the selection is simple, it is satisfying and often described as tasty and fantastic. Some suggestions for a more diverse menu to cater to international and North Indian tastes have been noted.
Room quality also impresses with many guests appreciating the clean and spacious accommodations. The rooms, though described as modest, are functional and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. Cleanliness is a standout feature with high standards maintained throughout the hotel, covering both common areas and individual rooms and bathrooms. Despite the property’s older age, it remains well-kept and inviting.
The staff at Hotel Comfort Park are frequently praised for their friendliness, professionalism and supportive nature. The front office team and management, particularly Manager Afsar, receive individual commendations for their politeness and helpfulness. The entire staff fosters a welcoming and attentive atmosphere, ensuring guests feel well-cared for throughout their stay.
