Sandpearl Resort Private Beach offers a pleasant stay but some guests noted that it may be a bit pricey compared to other 4 star resorts. Despite this, the resort has received great reviews and recommendations from recent guests who enjoyed a very good 4-day stay. The only downside is that some bathrooms are outdated and badly in need of updating. While the food and service didn't live up to some guests' expectations, many appreciated the resort's beach and private facilities. One particular disappointment was the lack of showers after checking out of their rooms, which may be expected at a hotel of this caliber. Overall, Sandpearl Resort Private Beach is a nice option for those seeking a private beach experience but be prepared for the high-end prices.

Edge Hotel Clearwater Beach offers an experience that some guests feel falls short of its 4-star billing. Guests have noted that the hotel's facilities and services might align more with a 3.5-star rating. On the positive side, the hotel staff is recognized for their very kind and welcoming attributes, enhancing the overall guest experience. However, many reviews mention that the hotel is on the expensive side with several guests indicating that the price-performance ratio does not justify the premium prices paid. While the hospitality is commendable, the consensus suggests that the hotel's claim of being a 4-star establishment might not fully meet expectations.

Overall, the Dolphin Sands Clearwater Beach, an Ascend Collection Hotel is a great choice for a beach vacation. The hotel boasts a fantastic location with breathtaking views and pleasant weather. While some guests found the facilities and services to be overpriced for a three-star hotel, most guests appreciated the value for money. Some guests did encounter issues with broken toilets, unclean rooms and tiny elevators, but these were not common complaints. The limited room cleaning protocol and additional charges for chairs and resort fees were also a disappointment for some guests. However, the hotel's beautiful surroundings and great location make it a great choice for those seeking a beach holiday.

The Westin Tampa Bay is a fantastic choice for those looking to explore nearby attractions due to its convenient location. It offers great facilities and services that are up to a four-star standard. Guests have praised the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable beds and sheets. Although the cost of breakfast may not be worth it, customers would still book the hotel again. One guest even described their stay as "ESPECTACULAR". However, there were some concerns about a non-stop barking dog in one of the rooms, which left the guest wondering if a four-star hotel allows dogs. Overall, The Westin Tampa Bay offers a great experience for its guests.
