The spa at Village Heights Resort has received mixed reviews from guests with some praising its excellent massage treatments and knowledgeable staff. The indoor heated pool was also a highlight for many, providing a relaxing environment despite being small. However, some guests were disappointed with the pushy sales tactics of the spa staff, who encouraged them to book expensive treatments and buy products. Others felt that the spa area itself could have been better with some stating that the sauna was worn and the water in the indoor pool was too cold. Despite this, there were those who found the spa to be a great addition to the hotel, alongside facilities such as mini-golf and tennis. Overall, while some guests had negative experiences with the spa, there were still positive aspects that some may find worth exploring during their stay at the Village Heights Resort.

Elios Hill is a highly recommended vacation destination for families seeking a serene and picturesque getaway location away from the crowds. The restaurant offers an all-inclusive dining experience with high-quality and varied food themes each day, though some guests noted a lack of vegan milk and gluten-free bread. The rooms vary in quality, but the cleanliness and maintenance of the property received positive feedback. The staff is attentive, extremely helpful and friendly with the animation team being a particular highlight. The pools, water park and variety of activities make it a paradise for kids, while there's an isolated relax pool for those seeking peace and quiet. However, there was some concern regarding safety with no staff controlling the flow of children using the water slides and pool. Overall, Elios Hill is a great value for families with kids.
