The De Vere Cotswold Water Park Apartments are situated in a lovely location and offer spacious, dog-friendly apartments. The pool was a great bonus but guests expressed disappointment that it could only be used if a spa treatment was booked. However, some guests were allowed to use the pool when it was quiet. While the pool was small for a large hotel, it was still enjoyable to use. The spa and pool were great amenities overall, but it would have been nice to be able to use the pool without having to book a treatment. Additionally, it was unfortunate that children under two were not allowed to use the pool. Guests expressed frustration with the booking system for the pool, but some staff members were accommodating in allowing guests to use the pool outside of treatment bookings.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Guests of De Vere Cotswold Water Park have mixed feelings about the hotel's pool. While some enjoyed a lovely pool experience, others weren't able to use the pool at all unless they paid extra for a spa treatment or booked breakfast. A number of guests found it frustrating that the pool should be free for residents and that it was often empty despite the strict rules around booking for spa treatments. Some guests even mentioned feeling disappointed and that the lack of access to the leisure facilities hindered their relaxation. Overall, the pool appears to be a nice amenity, but guests may want to check the rules and book spa treatments in advance if they want to use it.
