Hotel Michelangelo, although rated as a four-star establishment, seems to fall just short of the stringent standards typically expected in this category. Guests express concerns about the hotel's alignment with a true four-star status, noting that it may more closely resemble a high three-star experience. Some aspects of the hotel, such as the breakfast offering and coffee service, suggest that certain improvements could enhance its service to better meet four-star expectations. Breakfast appears to lack variety, and coffee is dispensed from vending machines, which is seen as subpar for the hotel's rating.
Despite these shortcomings, the hotel's ambiance remains warm and welcoming, thanks to its structure and furnishings, which, though outdated, contribute to an inviting atmosphere. The hotel is generally perceived to offer services consistent with a standard Italian four-star hotel but could benefit from updates and enhancements to fully embody its aspirational rating. Overall, guests acknowledge its merit as a comfortable place to stay, with the potential for elevation to a higher standard if improvements are made.

Hotel Real Fini Baia Del Re offers a mostly positive experience, matching its four-star rating in several aspects. Reviews highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, although some guests feel the decor is outdated for a hotel of this caliber. The amenities provided align well with typical four-star standards and the high-speed WiFi is particularly appreciated, though more variety in pillow options would be beneficial.
The hotel's facilities, including the spa, contribute positively to the overall experience, maintaining the expected four-star attributes. Guests found the courtesy and cleaning services commendable, enhancing the pleasantness of their stay. Breakfast is mentioned as simple yet tasty, aligning well with the value for money.
