If you're looking for a luxurious stay on your next vacation, look no further than Aminess Lume Hotel. Guests rave about the amazing suite upgrades and the high quality of the hotel's amenities and staff. While some guests felt that the price may not match the level of luxury, the beautiful location, room service, food and sea view more than made up for it. The hotel itself is stunning and offers plenty of comfort with only a few guests noting that the bathroom and hygiene amenities could use improvement. Overall, it's the perfect choice for a 4-star hotel experience, though families with young children may want to be aware that the beach can be challenging due to deep water and sea urchins.

Hotel Korkyra, located in the heart of Vela Luka, offers guests an exceptional and picturesque setting. Its prime location provides immediate access to the waterfront, ferry port and town center, making it an ideal spot for those looking to explore the area or enjoy convenient travel connections. Visitors frequently praise the hotel's strategic positioning, outstanding views and proximity to amenities such as shops, restaurants, bars and the local ferry terminal.
Breakfast at the hotel is consistently lauded for its diverse and extensive buffet selection, featuring both hot and cold options as well as fresh dishes from the kitchen. Guests enjoy the quality and freshness of the ingredients with many describing the breakfast as excellent and spectacular. The option to dine on an outdoor terrace adds to the pleasant morning experience, despite a few mentions of occasional monotony or basicness in the offerings.
Dinner experiences receive mixed reviews with numerous guests praising the delicious and commendable food. However, some criticisms arise regarding the limited menu choices, restricted to 2-3 main dishes and occasional poor service, which sometimes leads guests to dine elsewhere.
Guest experiences with the hotel rooms are generally positive with many appreciating the spaciousness, comfortable beds and fantastic views of the harbor. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback with some guests finding their rooms pristine and well-maintained, while others report issues like dust, mold in showers and dated decor. Comfort and spaciousness are frequently mentioned, though some suggest an update to maintenance and refurbishments.
The hotel's cleanliness is described as generally good with many guests commending the clean and well-kept rooms. However, some concerns about superficial cleaning, inattentive housekeeping and specific areas needing a thorough clean are noted.
Staff at Hotel Korkyra are frequently praised for their friendliness, helpfulness and professional approach. Many highlight the staff's willingness to assist and their accommodating nature. Minor mentions of inexperienced or less friendly reception staff and inattentive housekeeping emerge but do not overshadow the predominantly positive sentiment.
The pool area receives positive remarks for its appealing and well-maintained condition, convenient towel service and refreshing ambiance. However, concerns regarding the pool's small size, occasional greenish water and early closing hours are noted.
The beds present a mixed experience with some guests finding them comfortable while others describe them as old, hard and uncomfortable. Issues such as narrow double beds and problematic sofa beds suggest that upgrading the bedding could enhance guest comfort.
Overall, while Hotel Korkyra receives mixed reviews about meeting four-star standards, many guests still find value and enjoyment in their stays, particularly appreciating its excellent location, breakfast offerings and friendly staff. Despite some areas needing improvement, particularly in room maintenance and bed quality, the hotel continues to attract repeat visitors.
