The pool facilities at Mariandl am Meer are consistently praised by guests as a standout feature. The sauna area, often mentioned alongside the pool, enhances the relaxation experience with its beauty and cleanliness. The pool is widely regarded as a highlight of the stay, offering a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the serene atmosphere. While some reviews note that the pool's water can be a bit cool, especially in the outdoor sections, the overall consensus reflects a beautifully maintained environment. Despite the limitation of operating hours from 9 AM to 8 PM, guests find the overall experience, complemented by the remarkable ocean views and beautiful sunrises and sunsets, exceedingly positive.

The pool area of Dorint Seehotel Binz-Therme receives high praises from guests. The hotel's own thermal spa with three pools, including a heated pool with warm water, is a highlight of the stay. The all-inclusive entry and separate sole pool are also highly recommended. Although some guests found the air temperature in the pool area too warm, the cooler rest area and outdoor area before the Finnish sauna offer respite. Additionally, children had a great deal of fun in the thermal spa, although some guests found the noise level disruptive to the Zen atmosphere expected in the wellness area. Overall, the pools at Dorint Seehotel Binz-Therme are a dream and a definite highlight of the stay.

The IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark offers a pool with a slide that is the perfect afternoon activity for families with children. While the water temperature is reported to be on the colder side, it seems to be a hit with kids. Unfortunately, some found the water too cold for small children or elderly guests. The hotel does offer a separate building for the pool area, but it can become busy with no lifeguard present. However, guests can enjoy free access to the pool and sauna, though sauna use incurs an additional cost. Some reviewers suggest longer pool hours in the winter season. Overall, while the pool may be smaller than portrayed in pictures, it is considered a great source of relaxation and entertainment for families.
