The Bellavista Hotel receives positive reviews for its prime location, making it an ideal choice for travelers needing quick access to Mactan-Cebu International Airport. Guests appreciate the convenience of a complimentary airport shuttle and proximity to shopping, dining, and local attractions, positioning the hotel as suitable for both brief stopovers and short urban adventures.
The breakfast experience is another highlight, with guests praising the ample and varied selection of dishes. The dining experience is enhanced by a pleasant setting, making it an enjoyable start to the day. Similarly, the hotel's dinner offerings receive commendations for quality and variety, with Italian dishes like pizza standing out. Guests find the meals to be satisfying and reasonably priced, with most preferring the hotel’s restaurant despite the availability of external dining options.
Room accommodations are primarily viewed as clean and comfortable, with essential amenities contributing to a pleasant stay. While some rooms appear dated and present minor issues, overall, the hotel offers good value, particularly with comfortable beds and scenic views from the rooftop pool area. This pool, despite its small size, is noted for its relaxing ambiance and beautiful city views, enhancing the stay experience.
The hotel's staff consistently receive high praise for their friendliness and attentiveness, creating a welcoming atmosphere and enhancing the guest experience. However, Wi-Fi could be improved, particularly in rooms, although it is satisfactory in public areas.
As a three-star hotel, The Bellavista provides a clean environment and decent facilities at reasonable prices, attracting budget-conscious travelers. While some decor appears worn, the overall feedback is positive, marking The Bellavista Hotel as a solid choice for those seeking affordability, convenience, and a pleasant, no-frills experience.
