The exceptional cleanliness extends to all areas of the residence, including the spotless outdoor facilities.
The staff at Rezidencia Podhájska, particularly the owner and hostess, are praised for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing positively to the overall guest experience. Although a few negative remarks about the owner were noted, these were rare and generally overshadowed by the overwhelmingly positive feedback.
The WiFi service has been inconsistent with some guests reporting weak signals and slow connectivity. The management is aware and helpful, but improvements are needed to ensure reliable internet access.
The outdoor pool is a beloved feature, offering a refreshing escape in a beautiful garden setting. Equipped with sun loungers, a barbecue area and a playground, it’s perfect for family relaxation. Though some guests suggested more frequent cleaning and safety enhancements, the pool’s overall cleanliness and the additional outdoor amenities make it a highly appreciated facility.
Beds received mixed reviews; many guests found them comfortable, but there were occasional mentions of discomfort, such as squeaking and protruding springs. Despite this, the overall sentiment remains positive with the beds generally providing a good night's sleep.
