Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
InterContinental Boston by IHG boasts a lovely indoor pool, perfect for families looking to cool off and relax during their stay. Although the pool can get very busy at times, it's a great space for kids with plenty of room for splashing around. While some guests have noted that the pool water can be a bit cold, others have found the temperature just right with the indoor pool consistently warm. However, keep in mind that poor lighting at the pool may be a concern for some. Additionally, the noise level may be a bit high due to the number of children enjoying the pool. Lastly, towels at the pool have been a bit hard to come by, especially on Sunday evenings when staff may not be available to assist. Despite these minor issues, guests overall have enjoyed their time at the pool and appreciate the great service provided by the hotel's staff.
