Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Flat Petras Residence offers guests a rooftop pool that, while on the smaller side, adds a unique charm with its elevated position and views. Many visitors find the rooftop location appealing, as it provides a pleasant setting for relaxation alongside the simple gym facilities. The pool is a focal point for entertainment, being praised as a nice feature and paired with a pool table for added amusement. However, comments suggest that the pool's condition and temperature could see improvements, with some guests expressing a desire for cleaner and warmer water. Despite these aspects, the presence of a rooftop pool enhances the overall experience for those seeking leisure and relaxation during their stay.

Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Elo Curitiba receives favorable reviews, particularly for its exceptional central location. Guests appreciate its proximity to key points of interest such as UFPR, local restaurants, major attractions like the botanical garden and Pedreira and practical amenities like the Muller shopping mall and the municipal market. The location is also deemed safe and quieter than other central areas. The hotel's convenient garage facility further enhances its appeal for those traveling by car.
The friendly, helpful and attentive staff stand out as a major highlight with specific team members often receiving praise for their exemplary service. Guests commend the consistent politeness and commitment to resolving issues, contributing significantly to their positive hotel experience.
In terms of cleanliness, the rooms are generally well-maintained, spacious and feature amenities like air conditioning, a desk and a closet. The housekeeping team's dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards is noted, although some areas, particularly the bathrooms, require improved maintenance.
The breakfast receives mixed reviews; while some guests find it simple and lacking variety, others appreciate the quality of the food given the cost. The area where breakfast is served could be more conveniently located and spacious and some guests would prefer a greater variety of options.
Wi-Fi connectivity varies with some guests finding it sufficient for work purposes while others report intermittent or poor service, particularly on certain floors. The comfort of the beds also received mixed reviews; many guests found them comfortable, but others noted the need for updated mattresses and bedding.
Overall, Hotel Elo Curitiba offers a practical, budget-friendly option for travelers seeking convenience, safety and the warmth of excellent hospitality. While some improvements could enhance the experience, it remains an attractive choice for short stays with a favorable cost-benefit ratio.
