Hotel Nova Guarapari is favorably reviewed for its tranquil location, offering easy access to beautiful beaches like Bacutia and Peracanga while being slightly distanced from the hustle of Guarapari’s center. It's an ideal setting for beach lovers and those seeking relaxation in a serene environment. The standout feature of the hotel is its breakfast, which is praised for being abundant, excellent in quality, and varied, with a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service.
Guests appreciate the spacious, comfortable, and well-kept rooms, which often include amenities like air conditioning and balconies with charming views. While there are minor signs of aging and occasional maintenance issues, the rooms generally meet expectations for comfort and cleanliness. High standards of cleanliness are consistent throughout the hotel, with clean and fragrant rooms and linens, complemented by a friendly housekeeping team.
The hotel's staff are notably exceptional, providing attentive, friendly, and dedicated service, which contributes significantly to guest satisfaction. While the Wi-Fi service seems to face challenges, with reports of weak and unreliable connections, the pool area is generally well-regarded for its inviting ambiance and cleanliness, despite some mixed feedback about the heated pool.
Additionally, the quality of the beds is a highlight, offering comfort with clean and pleasant bedding, although a few guests mention varying preferences regarding mattress firmness. Overall, the welcoming service, combined with great facilities and a scenic location, makes Hotel Nova Guarapari a recommended choice for those seeking a relaxing and pleasant stay.
