Although some guests mention the need for renovation, the location is a significant highlight for both budget-conscious travelers and business guests.
The breakfast experience at Best Western Hotel Garda receives mixed feedback. Guests commend the generous and affordable options, along with the availability of gluten-free choices. The gym at Parc Hotel Germano Suites & Apartments has garnered a mix of feedback from its guests. While some found the fitness room adequately equipped with a variety of machines and weights, others felt the equipment was outdated or frequently in need of repair, such as broken treadmills. The lack of air conditioning in the fitness area was a common point of critique, making workouts uncomfortable during warmer days. Guests have also mentioned that the gym space can be rather dark and the operational hours limited, which didn't meet the expectations one might have for a 4-star hotel.
On a brighter note, the hotel's wellness offerings received more favorable comments. The range of massages and wellness programs provided were appreciated by guests, though some found the additional charges and limited availability of such services less appealing. Despite these mixed reviews of the fitness facilities, the wellness area, including the Turkish bath, garnered positive mentions, albeit with some remarks about its extra costs and operational restrictions. The overall sentiment suggests that while the gym facilities leave room for improvement, the wellness options offer a more satisfying experience.
