Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York emerges as a preferred choice for travelers, especially those with early flights or short layovers given its strategic location near JFK Airport. The hotel is well-regarded for its proximity to transportation options, allowing easy access to Manhattan and providing practical benefits for guests planning city explorations. Despite being slightly out-of-the-way, the advantages for short-term travelers and its clean, well-maintained environment make it a convenient stopover.
Guests enjoy spacious, modern, and clean accommodations that promise a restful stay. The rooms are often praised for their large and welcoming nature, enhanced by modern amenities such as coffee machines and large TVs, along with comfortable beds equipped with blackout curtains. Cleanliness is a standout feature, consistently highlighted across reviews, reflecting the hotel's dedication to high standards of maintenance in both private and public spaces. The positive interactions with friendly and professional staff contribute to a smooth and pleasant experience, even though isolated instances of less cordial service have been mentioned.
Dining at the hotel receives mixed reviews, with guests commending the quality of service and meal portions, yet noting limited dining options that can be affected by early closures and loud music. Breakfast, while tasty, is considered expensive and sometimes logistically challenging, with calls for more inclusive options. However, the overall guest experience is enhanced by nearby amenities, including access to a casino and various dining options around the area, complementing their visit.
The hotel offers free and ample parking, appreciated for its convenience, especially for those traveling by car, despite the parking area being a bit of a walk from the entrance. This, coupled with the comfortable beds often described as amazingly comfortable, further amplifies the enjoyment of the stay.
While certain aspects, such as the absence of an on-site restaurant and operational business center facilities, present minor drawbacks, Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York generally offers a high-quality experience marked by attentive service, cleanliness, and practicality, making it a favored choice for travelers prioritizing location and convenient services.

Red Roof Inn PLUS Brooklyn - Flatbush Ave offers an accessible and affordable option in the vibrant heart of Brooklyn, making it a convenient base for tourists and event-goers alike. Guests appreciate its proximity to attractions like the Barclays Center and Kings Theatre and its easy access to public transport. The neighborhood's lively, diverse atmosphere with a Caribbean vibe appeals to many, although perceptions of safety vary.
The hotel provides a basic breakfast consisting of snack-sized items, which offers convenience but may not meet all guests' expectations for a substantial morning meal. Rooms are generally praised for their spaciousness, comfort, and design, particularly the cozy beds that contribute to a restful stay. However, issues with housekeeping, including cleanliness and odors, especially related to smoke, have been noted as significant downsides.
Interactions with hotel staff are mixed. Some guests describe friendly, helpful service from specific staff members, while others report experiences with rudeness and slow response times. Concerns about customer service consistency and security practices during check-in have been raised.
Overall, while the hotel has strengths in location and room comfort, improvements in cleanliness, breakfast offerings, and customer service could greatly enhance the guest experience.
