The refurbished pool and spa were excellent and the lovely pool area featured a variety of hot tubs, salt rooms and sauna. The swimming pool, while some guests considered it too small for the hotel, was still lovely and provided a scenic view of the loch. The pool facilities were clean and the loungers were available for reservation, although some guests found this a little inconvenient. Families with kids enjoyed the pool and some guests made use of the outdoor hot tub. While some amenities, such as the fire pits, were not always available, the pool and spa overall had a great range of features and were commended as fabulous by guests.
