If you're looking for exceptional service during your vacation, Sandals Grande Antigua is the perfect destination for you. All throughout our stay, the staff were absolutely excellent. They were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to help us in any way possible. There was never a request that was too much for them to accommodate. We were particularly impressed by staff members like Tenesha, Jennifer, Antonio and Angel who were not only accommodating but also delightful to talk to. The maids checked in on us twice a day to make sure we had everything we needed and Selena at reception was always more than happy to help with tours or booking excursions. Even the hotdog guy, Kosie, was brilliant! The staff truly made our stay all the more enjoyable and special. Also, the dive instructor who assisted Maria in her certification was a credit to PADI and the Sandals group. Overall, we're extremely impressed with the friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of the staff at Sandals Grande Antigua.
