Nestled amidst beautiful gardens, the Westin St. John Villas boasts an exquisite property with villas that are simply breathtaking. The layout of the rooms is nothing short of wonderful with each villa being spacious and equipped with everything a guest could need. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances - even a dishwasher that made our lives easier during our stay. The bathrooms were luxurious and came with individual robes, adding a touch of indulgence to our stay. What's more, the villas were fitted with a washer/dryer, adding an extra level of convenience. The 2 bedroom, 2 bath villas were very comfortable and we were thrilled with our proximity to the pool. To top it all, the Westin Heavenly mattresses at the resort ensured that we had a great night's sleep! All in all, the Westin St. John Villas are a must-visit for those who want to indulge in luxurious accommodations during their travels.
The Westin St. John Villas boasts excellent support staff, including shuttle operators, housekeeping, security and those who assisted with setting up cribs and removing personal items. The shuttle operator in particular stood out for their friendly and courteous demeanor. While some guests had issues with the communication regarding the restaurant's cashless policy and experienced poor service when calling for a golf cart or using the Westin ferry, most of the staff were described as very friendly and excellent. However, some guests did have negative experiences with certain female staff members and the front desk check-in process. Overall, the staff at Westin St. John Villas were highly praised for their customer service.
