Moxy Paris Bastille stands out as a top choice for travelers keen to explore Paris, thanks to its fantastic location in the vibrant 11th arrondissement. Near Bastille and the charming Le Marais, the hotel is close to multiple metro stations, providing easy access to the city's key attractions. The area is rich with restaurants, cafes, bars and supermarkets, making it convenient for guests to find dining and shopping options.
The breakfast buffet receives high praise for its freshness and variety, featuring delicious pastries, bread, fruits and hot dishes in a pleasant setting. While some guests felt the breakfast area could benefit from more space and options, overall, it left a positive impression.
Guests give mixed feedback on the dinner experience with the bar area receiving high marks for its lively atmosphere and quality drinks. However, some noted limited food choices and found the snack options overpriced. The hotel's prime location, surrounded by numerous dining establishments, compensates for these shortcomings.
Rooms at the Moxy Paris Bastille are modern, clean and comfortable, though compact and lacking in storage space. Despite their small size, typical for Paris, the rooms are well-organized and perfect for short stays. The hotel's cleanliness is noteworthy with daily housekeeping ensuring spotless accommodations.
The staff at Moxy Paris Bastille are often highlighted for their friendliness and helpfulness, enhancing guests' experiences. Their professionalism and multilingual abilities contribute positively to the stay.
The hotel offers reliable and fast free wifi, making it easy for guests to stay connected. While parking is sometimes limited, the secure underground facility is appreciated by those driving, albeit at a daily cost.
For families, the hotel provides a child-friendly environment with comfortable rooms and an appealing breakfast. The location offers easy access to family-friendly activities, though some parents cited room size as a minor issue.
Moxy Paris Bastille’s excellent location in a lively neighborhood makes it ideal for nightlife enthusiasts. The hotel’s modern bar and 24-hour open area are perfect for socializing, albeit with some noise disturbances in the rooms facing the street or near the bar.
Guest opinions on the beds are mainly positive with many describing them as comfortable and providing a good night's sleep, despite a few finding them too firm.
