However, some guests did feel that the hotel did not live up to its five-star status and a few even went as far as to say that it's "lamentable" and not worth the Relais & Châteaux label. Regardless, the hotel's level of service is definitely up there with other five-star hotels and overall, it's an exceptional place to stay.
