Summary of reviews related to the 'Parking' category
Summarized by AI
Fontevraud L'Ermitage offers a private and secure parking area for guests, though accessibility and convenience seem to vary. Guests appreciate the free parking service and the security it provides with some noting that their bikes were safely stored within the hotel premises. The parking area, while secure, is located at a distance from the hotel, roughly 200 to 500 meters away. This has led to mixed reviews regarding convenience with some guests finding it quite far and inconvenient.
To mitigate the distance issue, the hotel provides a helpful golf cart shuttle service to transport guests and their luggage from the parking lot to the reception and their rooms. Valet parking is also available, enhancing the overall experience, especially with a friendly and supportive valet driver assisting with luggage.
However, there are no dedicated handicapped parking spaces, which can be problematic for guests with disabilities. Some found the parking process confusing initially but manageable in the end. Despite the distance, many appreciated the welcoming experience upon arrival at the parking area. Luggage handling is efficiently managed, adding to the convenience of the stay.
