Welcome to The Lodge at Torrey Pines! Our hotel rooms have been praised for their cleanliness and nice environment. The excellent service provided by our staff has also impressed many of our guests. While some have deemed the rooms a bit old and in need of remodeling, others have enjoyed the well-furnished spaces with great balcony views and easy access to hiking trails. We do take cleanliness seriously and apologize for any issues faced by the guest who found their bathtub dirty. On the bright side, many have raved about the size of their rooms with huge patios and stunning views perfect for breakfast or watching sunsets. And to ensure a good night's sleep, our comfortable beds have been noted by multiple reviewers. We do understand that plumbing issues can arise and are always ready to assist, as was the case with the clogged sink reported by one guest. Overall, our large rooms have been a highlight for many of our guests.
The Lodge at Torrey Pines boasts a beautiful decor and a hotel atmosphere with great character. The staff at this hotel are amazing with their friendly and helpful service. Guests have praised the helpful suggestions provided by the staff for a memorable stay. Brian and Cody at the Valet Service have made guests feel extremely welcome and waitress Alex has left a lasting impression with her amazing service. The staff are not only attentive and friendly, but also super courteous and helpful throughout the guest's stay. Although there have been some isolated incidents of poor service, the majority of guests have raved about the great staff and their professionalism.
