Residence Modus Vivendi offers a mixed experience, with several bright spots worth noting. While there are some concerns about the comfort and amenities, many guests appreciate the value for money and highlight the warm welcome from the staff, which significantly enhances the stay. The cleanliness of the establishment also receives positive remarks, suggesting a well-maintained environment. However, there are limitations in facilities, as some apartments can only be accessed via an elevator, and the lack of a functional pool at certain times is disappointing for some visitors. Issues with air conditioning and weak Wi-Fi are also reported, and the kitchen in-room amenities are found to be lacking essential items like sufficient pots and pans.
