Hotel Pinxo is described by guests as a commendable 2-star establishment with remarks consistently pointing out that it doesn't quite meet the expectations of a 3-star rating. The lack of a proper reception area and common spaces, along with a basic breakfast, points to a more modest experience. Guests noted the absence of amenities like a mini bar and electric kettle, which are expected in a 3-star hotel. While it participates in certain travel packages, the overall consensus suggests that it falls short of higher-end comforts, making it feel more like a guesthouse.
