The Eurostars Puerto de Ibiza offers a spa, but it seems there were some mixed reviews regarding its availability and cost. Some guests were disappointed that the spa was closed or not included in the price of their stay, while others enjoyed their time there with gentle and available staff. Those who did use it highlighted the relaxing reading area and some appreciated the massages they received. It's important to note that, while the spa was dated, it was described as pretty and pleasant by some guests. However, it seems that the hotel should make it clearer to potential guests that the spa is not always available and that there may be an extra charge to access it.
