Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel De La Ville has garnered attention for its impeccable service and courteous staff, consistently praised for going above and beyond to meet guests' needs. The picturesque views offered by the hotel set a romantic ambiance perfect for couple getaways. Despite these positive aspects, there is a recurrent disappointment regarding the quality of the rooms and facilities, which many believe do not align with the expectations for a four-star establishment.
Guests consistently note that the rooms fall short of a four-star standard with comments about subpar furnishings, rotten bathroom doors, mold in showers and chipped bathroom mirrors. Many feel that the hotel does not fulfill certain services typically associated with a four-star rating, leading to an overall sense that the hotel does not meet the criteria it advertises. The overall sentiment is one of mixed experiences with stellar service overshadowed by inadequate upkeep of the facilities.
