TURIM Santa Maria da Feira Hotel, while undergoing some upgrades, has faced criticism for not meeting the expectations associated with its four-star rating. Guests have expressed that the rooms feel minimal with old-fashioned furniture and limited space to store belongings. Additionally, the lack of electrical outlets, particularly in the bathroom, has been a point of concern. The level of basic services, including breakfast, seems to fall short of the four-star standard, leaving some guests to feel that the hotel is more comparable to a three-star establishment. Many feel that the overall appearance and amenities would benefit greatly from a renovation to align more closely with the advertised four-star experience.

Hotel Feira Pedra Bela presents itself as a four-star establishment; however, reviews suggest that it falls short in several areas that guests typically expect from such a rating. Multiple comments highlight that the facilities, such as rooms and showers, are outdated with some guests even describing them as more akin to a two-star than a four-star hotel. The breakfast service receives criticism for its quality, being deemed poor for a hotel of its supposed standard.
Guests note that the overall service and amenities leave much to be desired with expectations set by the four-star rating unmet. Elements like mosquito nets on the windows and the general upkeep of the premises are mentioned as areas needing improvement. Despite these shortcomings, some acknowledge that the hotel does carry the four-star label and suggest that potential upgrades could help it better align with its claimed rating.
In summary, while Hotel Feira Pedra Bela is marketed and priced as a four-star hotel, guest reviews indicate that improvements in both overall service quality and facilities are necessary to meet the expectations associated with such a rating.
