The Plaza Camelinas Hotel's pool receives a mix of reviews from guests with both acclaim and criticism. Positively, the pool is consistently described as beautiful, clean and enjoyable, particularly for children who often have a lot of fun. The pool area, inclusive of green spaces, is spacious and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. Many guests appreciate the heated pool, praising its warm temperature and suitability for families, particularly on weekends when the heating system is more reliably on. The combination of the pool and the on-site restaurant with a variety of meal options enhances the overall experience.
However, there are notable areas for improvement. Several reviews mention that the pool's water can sometimes be cold and cloudy, detracting from its appeal. The cleanliness of the pool appears inconsistent with some guests noting it as well-maintained, while others have found it dirty upon use. Additionally, the pool's size is a point of contention, as it can often become crowded, making the space feel cramped. The operational hours of the pool and occasional delays in opening also cause some inconvenience.
Despite these criticisms, the positives such as its aesthetic appeal, family-friendly nature and supportive amenities make it a key feature of the Plaza Camelinas Hotel, albeit one that could benefit from more consistent maintenance and extended heating schedules.

Hotel Bedd Express Querétaro offers a pool experience that has been met with mixed reviews. Guests have noted that the pool is quite small, which may not accommodate large groups comfortably. On the positive side, some visitors describe the pool as nice or lovely, with a certain charm that appeals to certain guests. However, the pool is frequently mentioned as being very cold, lacking a heating system, which can make swimming less enjoyable, especially during cooler weather conditions in Querétaro. Cleanliness of the pool has been a significant concern, with several guests reporting dirty water and debris, suggesting a need for more frequent maintenance and cleaning. Despite these issues, children seem to enjoy their time at the pool, highlighting the potential for family fun. At Comfort Inn Querétaro, guest reviews about the hotel's pool tend to highlight a few key points. While some emphasize that the pool area is clean and spacious, many note that the pool is small and lacks heating, resulting in the water being very cold and sometimes even described as freezing. This has been a particular disappointment for families with children, as the cold water often deters them from swimming. Additionally, there are complaints about the pool's early closing time and instances where the pool was closed altogether during guests' stays. Some reviews also remarked on damaged pool furniture and occasional lapses in cleanliness, though a few found the pool area enjoyable despite these issues.
