The hotel is strategically positioned close to the city's main avenues and downtown area, granting convenient access to shops, restaurants, and attractions while maintaining a tranquil atmosphere. Guests are consistently captivated by the stunning landscape views and the well-maintained gardens, adding a natural charm to their experience. The spacious hotel complex features inviting swimming pools, providing a peaceful retreat for relaxation.
The hotel's pool facilities are particularly praised, offering a serene setting for guests to unwind. The charming pools alongside barbecue areas enhance the leisure experience, making them a highly recommended feature for visitors. The outdoor ambiance, though lacking a heated pool, remains a significant attraction contributing to the hotel's positive reputation.
Families find Hotel Villa Sol to be a fantastic destination with its child-friendly amenities, including multiple pools and a game room. The hotel's layout facilitates a comfortable and enjoyable stay, welcoming families for both short and extended vacations with plenty of entertainment options for children.
Guests frequently commend the staff for their attentiveness and friendliness, with specific mentions of exceptional service by individuals like César and Fabricio at reception. Although some inconsistencies in service are noted, the overall positive interactions with the staff enhance the guest experience.
Despite some mixed feedback, especially regarding the breakfast and room accommodations, Hotel Villa Sol manages to maintain a reputation for offering good value for money. While the breakfast service is seen as functional, there is room for improvement in terms of variety and quality. The rooms, although functional and cabin-like in design, face maintenance challenges such as cleanliness issues and outdated amenities. However, the staff's willingness to assist with issues and room changes aligns with the hotel's commitment to improving guest satisfaction.
