The staff are kind and helpful, making the resort a pleasure to stay in.

One recent Polish guest described the hotel's plaza hotelowa as a pier for boats, so it seems the beach area may not be as inviting as other areas of Sanur. Nevertheless, the hotel's direct access to the beach provides a great location for visitors to relax in a beautiful beachfront setting.
