Summary of reviews related to the 'Spa' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel Pousada Natural offers a spa that has garnered mixed reviews from its guests. While the massages received praise for their relaxing and rejuvenating effects, some visitors were disappointed with the overall spa experience. Guests enjoyed great massages and highlighted the wonderful hotel facilities. However, there were complaints about the spa's availability with some finding it unavailable during their stay, which was a huge disappointment.
Outdoor amenities, such as a bathtub in the spa area, had potential but were rendered unenjoyable due to the prevalence of mosquitoes. The gym, considered very simple by some guests, might not meet everyone’s fitness expectations. The service at the spa was generally good, although there were remarks about the front desk staff being very serious and not very polite.
