Best Western Plus Hotel Bern offers a contemporary feel and is well-maintained with modern and attractive rooms. Its four-star rating seems largely justified by the solid quality and good service provided. The beds are comfortable and the amenities are nice for a four-star establishment. Guests appreciate the luxurious rooms, though they note the hotel is quite expensive.
However, some aspects fall short of four-star expectations. The breakfast is often described as expensive and lacking diversity.
