The hotel enjoys a unique location in Istanbul, conveniently positioned near a busy main road yet pleasantly isolated from noise and crowds. Its easy accessibility to the city center makes it an ideal stopover for transient guests, despite minor disturbances from external sources.
The breakfast offerings at Premier Vista Hotel are well-regarded with guests praising the delicious and varied options, particularly the typical Turkish dishes. Although there are occasional suggestions for more variety, the breakfast is generally described as ample and satisfying, adding good value since it's included in the room price. Dinner experiences are similarly praised for the quality and taste of the food with many guests enjoying the Turkish cuisine and pleasant evening ambiance by the pool, despite some calls for a more diverse menu.
Rooms at the hotel are consistently described as clean, spacious and comfortable with elegant design features and daily maintenance ensuring a fresh environment. While there are a few mentions of non-functional fridges and occasional room smells, the overall impression of the rooms remains positive, enhanced by comfortable beds and balconies.
Cleanliness is a standout feature of the hotel with guests frequently highlighting the spotless condition of the rooms and facilities, contributing significantly to their comfort. This high level of cleanliness, coupled with the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, leaves a lasting impression on visitors. The staff's attentiveness and accommodating nature enhance the guest experience, although a minor point of inconvenience is the absence of staff at 9 pm. The hotel’s pet-friendly policy is also appreciated by guests.
The pool area, including an impressive outdoor pool with a cascade feature, receives high praise for its cleanliness and relaxing environment. Guests find it a notable and pleasant spot for leisure, complemented by helpful staff and great food offerings, although there was one note of the pool being non-operational at one time.
