The parking situation at Las Coles Apartasuites presents a mixed experience for guests, largely influenced by its central location. Many reviews highlight the challenges posed by limited and complicated parking options in the area, such as the difficulty of navigating narrow streets and restricted access due to nearby market activities. Some guests opted for convenient but paid garage spaces, while others managed to find free parking by exploring nearby zones and downloading specific apps for payment.
Despite these obstacles, helpful guidance from the property staff often alleviates the stress of parking, with guests appreciating their advice and support. The option to rent a space for a fee is available and can provide some peace of mind. For those willing to walk a bit further, the new area of Xátiva offers free parking areas within a short walking distance. Ultimately, while securing parking might require some effort and planning, the experience can be manageable with proper preparation and local insights provided by the accommodating hosts.

Mont-Sant offers private and free on-site parking with ample spaces available, making it convenient for guests to leave their vehicles securely during their stay. The parking is generally sufficient and easy to access, enhancing the overall convenience of staying at the hotel.
However, some guests have noted that the parking situation can become challenging during peak times, especially with additional traffic from the on-site public restaurant. At times, the parking lot can be full and finding a spot may require patience. The access routes can be somewhat narrow and confusing, particularly for first-time visitors and parking close to the reception is not always possible as the lower levels are not intended for customer use.
While the parking is generally safe and adequate, occasional complications arise due to high demand or the layout. Some guests suggested that a reserved parking system for hotel guests could alleviate some of these issues. Despite these minor inconveniences, the hotel’s free parking remains a valued amenity for many travelers, especially considering the location's constraints.
