Guests consistently praise the friendly and attentive service they receive from the moment they arrive. The front desk, valet, shuttle drivers and restaurant staff all go above and beyond to make guests feel like VIPs. The car handling staff is also excellent. While there were a few negative comments about the valet at check-in, the overall quality of the staff is unmatched. The Concierge staff are outstanding and incredibly helpful, although guests had mixed experiences with the front desk staff. Overall, the staff at this hotel is phenomenal and ensures that every guest feels like their #1 priority.
