When it comes to the pool at Hotel Chadstone Melbourne MGallery Collection by Sofitel, guests seem to have varied opinions. While some describe the pool area as "amazing" and the view as "lovely," others note that it was "bit small" and "packed" with noisy children. However, many guests still enjoyed their time in the pool and appreciated the private cabanas and warm water temperature. Some even described the top floor pool as "wonderful" and the facilities and gym as "great." While there were a few negative comments about cleanliness and loose railings, the majority of guests seemed to have a positive experience at the pool and enjoyed the overall amenities of the hotel.

Pathfinder Motel offers a highly positive experience to its guests, primarily due to its exceptional location, comfortable accommodations, cleanliness, and dedicated staff. Situated in a central and convenient spot, the motel provides easy access to public transportation, including tram lines and the Camberwell rail station, which facilitates seamless travel to Docklands and the city center. This strategic location, coupled with off-road parking, makes it an attractive choice for those visiting the eastern suburbs.
The rooms at Pathfinder Motel are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with useful amenities like microwaves and kettles. Guests consistently praise the comfort of the beds and the overall tidiness of the accommodations. The efficient check-in process and attentive front desk service further enhance the pleasant stay experience, although some minor issues like occasional smoke odors are noted.
Cleanliness is another commendable aspect of the motel, with many guests appreciating the neat rooms and clean bedding. While there are some drawbacks, such as dusty common areas and subpar pool conditions, these are overshadowed by the overall clean and comfortable environment, making the motel a budget-friendly option for those seeking basic accommodations.
The staff at Pathfinder Motel are consistently lauded for their friendliness, attentiveness, and problem-solving skills, contributing significantly to a welcoming atmosphere. The polite and accommodating nature of the staff, along with the helpfulness of the owners, adds to the positive experience of the guests, complementing the motel's quiet location and convenient access to public transportation. Overall, Pathfinder Motel offers a satisfying stay with good value for money, despite minor shortcomings.
