The hotel's location receives mixed feedback; it is strategically placed near essential roadways like Avenida das Torres and landmarks such as the Coroado Ball, but is distant from major tourist attractions and downtown Manaus. This makes it more suitable for business travelers or those with specific commitments nearby. Cleanliness throughout the hotel is generally commendable with many guests noting the diligent cleaning service and well-organized environment. Inconsistent room cleanliness and untidy corridors are infrequent but noted issues.
The staff consistently receive high praise for their friendliness, attentiveness and helpfulness, contributing significantly to a positive guest experience. While the reception service could improve with additional training, the overall sentiment is that the staff's professionalism and courteousness enhance the stay.
WiFi service at the hotel presents a mixed experience with some guests finding it fast and stable, while others face slow speeds and unstable connections. This suggests the WiFi may be suitable for casual use but can be problematic for those needing reliable connectivity.
Families find the hotel welcoming and secure with accommodating rooms and a staff that contributes to a family-friendly atmosphere. However, some room arrangements may not be ideal for very young children.
The bedding at the hotel stands out for its exceptional comfort, contributing significantly to a restful stay. Guests appreciate the clean, soft linens and spacious beds, enhancing the overall comfort of their accommodations.
For a three-star hotel, Ramada by Wyndham Manaus Torres Center offers excellent value for money, particularly regarding its clean and comfortable suites.
