CityCenterHotel Shkoder presents a mix of new and traditional accommodations, offering a variety of rooms that range from economy to superior. Guests generally find it to be a good value for money, especially highlighting its very good room quality for a three-star hotel. The newly built four-star suites add a touch of modern luxury and elevate the overall hotel quality. However, some guests believe that the hotel does not fully meet the expectations of its 3.5-star rating with a few mentioning that it feels more like a bed and breakfast. Despite reasonable pricing for the services offered, guests anticipated better accommodation standards for its category. While the essence of a three-star hotel is maintained, there's a consensus that it has the potential to offer more.
