Summary of reviews related to the 'Parking' category
Summarized by AI
Smile Hotel Tokushima offers an underground parking facility that is convenient and directly connected to the hotel, ensuring a safe and dry spot even in rainy weather. Guests have noted that while the parking location is generally close by and easily accessible, some have experienced difficulty understanding how to get from the parking lot to the front desk or found the directions insufficiently indicated. This confusion occasionally led visitors to unintended parking locations, though still at a preferred rate. The parking service operates 24 hours, providing reliable access at any time of the day. However, it should be noted that parking is an additional charge, around 800 yen per night, which some guests found to be a bit high. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall consensus is that the underground parking is a convenient feature for those staying at the hotel.
