Wall Art Hotel & Residence provides an experience that shines in certain areas but falls short in others according to guest reviews. While the hotel is rated four stars, some visitors feel that it struggles to meet these expectations, with comments suggesting it feels closer to a three-star establishment. The standout positive aspects include outstanding toiletries and spacious rooms, coupled with a clean environment despite the building's age. Guests appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, which adds a warm touch to the experience. The hotel's cost-effectiveness is highlighted as a key advantage, especially when compared to other hotels in the city center. However, several criticisms emerge regarding the overall service, with some citing confusion over billing practices and dissatisfaction with the restaurant quality. These areas are seen as detracting from the perceived four-star status. Overall, potential exists for a true four-star experience, but improvements are needed to fully align with expectations associated with its rating.

Hotel President seems to present a mixed bag of experiences with many reviewers questioning its four-star status. While a few guests felt that the hotel adequately maintained its four-star rating, a majority found the experience fell short. Cleanliness and service were highlighted positively by some, yet several reviews indicated that the overall upkeep and appearance did not meet the expected standards of a four-star establishment. The breakfast received decent feedback but was noted as limited in choice for a hotel of this category. The facilities, while minimally satisfactory, left many guests dissatisfied, particularly concerning their condition and maintenance. Overall, consistency seems lacking and many believe that the hotel does not fully deserve its four-star rating in its current state.
