The staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout the entire stay. Angie at the front desk was wonderful and the younger front desk workers were all very good. The courtesy shuttle driver for third shift was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant staff was also very good and hospitable. The chef, Daniel, in charge of breakfast was amazing and always willing to solve any problem. Good customer service at breakfast time was noted and the staff always made sure you didn't need anything else. They were very friendly and attentive with excellent attention to safety protocols. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and the facilities and service were top-notch. Although there may have been a couple of issues with room allocation, overall the service by the staff was excellent. I recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay with excellent service.
