Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Hotel Shree Ram Palace appears to face significant challenges with its cleanliness standards, as many guests have pointed out various hygiene-related issues. Common criticisms include dirty bedsheets and unclean pillows, contributing to an overall filthy and unpleasant environment. Several guests remarked that their rooms were not adequately cleaned before their arrival, encountering problems such as lingering smoking odors. The condition of linens, particularly pillowcases, frequently appeared unsatisfactory and unclean. Bathrooms received negative feedback due to unpleasant odors and even visible spit marks on the walls. Additionally, housekeeping services often overlooked basic duties, such as emptying trash bins left from previous guests. These concerns about hygiene, combined with reports of stale food and cramped room sizes, led to considerable dissatisfaction among guests regarding their stay at the hotel.
