Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Singer Oceanfront Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, situated on the picturesque shores of West Palm Beach, consistently delights guests with its exceptional beachfront location. Visitors rave about the immediate access to stunning sandy stretches and serene water views, as well as the convenience of being close to downtown Palm Beach and local amenities such as shopping centers and beach restaurants. The prime location is highly praised for its blend of tranquility and accessibility, making it a top choice for those seeking an oceanfront retreat with all essential comforts nearby.
The breakfast experience at the resort is generally well-received with many guests complimenting the delicious, high-quality offerings, especially the made-to-order omelets. However, some guests find the cost of breakfast high. Despite this, the taste and quality often justify the price for many. Dinner reviews are similarly mixed. While many guests enjoy the great food and beverages at the resort’s open-air restaurant and bars, some express a desire for more diverse menu options and note occasional service issues during lunch.
The rooms at the resort are praised for their direct beach access, spaciousness and modern renovations. Many guests appreciate the comfortable beds and balconies with beautiful sea views. Cleanliness is commonly noted as a positive aspect; however, some inconsistencies in room upkeep, dated décor and occasional maintenance issues are reported. Bathrooms, in particular, could benefit from updates to address mold and drainage issues.
Overall cleanliness at the resort garners positive remarks with many highlighting well-maintained rooms and facilities. Friendly and professional staff generally enhance the guest experience, receiving accolades for their helpfulness and courtesy, especially those at the pool and beach areas. However, some reviews note occasional lapses in staff enthusiasm and service efficiency.
The beach is a standout feature, frequently described as beautiful, clean and easily accessible from the resort. Guests appreciate the well-organized beach setup and the exclusivity of the private beach access, which contributes to a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere.
The pool area, while praised for its cleanliness and family-friendly environment, receives mixed feedback due to maintenance issues and occasional overcrowding. Nonetheless, it remains a popular spot for relaxation with its convenient location and pleasant ambiance.
However, parking emerges as a less favorable aspect with guests often frustrated by the additional fees and limited availability. Transparency regarding parking charges and space availability could be improved to enhance guest satisfaction.
Families with young children find the resort welcoming and convenient, enjoying amenities that cater to all ages, though sometimes noting minor inconveniences like noise from other children and the cost of the child’s buffet.
In summary, The Singer Oceanfront Resort provides a mostly positive guest experience thanks to its unbeatable location, friendly staff, comfortable beds and delightful beach amenities. Areas for improvement include room updates, menu variety and better handling of parking and service issues.
