Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Inn of America is favorably located in a tranquil neighborhood, offering guests easy access to the highway and nearby interstate, making it perfect for both road trips and business travel. The surrounding area is peaceful and provides convenient access to local dining and shopping, contributing to a comfortable stay. The prime location is consistently highlighted as a major positive aspect by visitors.
However, the experience within the rooms is mixed. Guests appreciate the clean and comfortable beds and the quiet environment, with the added convenience of laundry facilities. Despite these positives, there are consistent reports of room odor issues including cigarette and chemical smells, even in non-smoking areas. Some aspects of the hotel appear outdated, with minor maintenance issues and inconsistent cleanliness noted by guests.
Cleanliness overall has been a significant concern, with reports of cockroaches, mold, and unclean bathrooms affecting the guest experience. While there are mentions of attentive and friendly staff, which provide a glimpse of strong customer service, the cleanliness issues overshadow these positives. Enhancements in housekeeping and maintenance could significantly improve the hotel's reputation and guest satisfaction.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at Best Western Plus Palm Beach Gardens Hotel & Suites and Conference Center receives positive feedback from guests for its cleanliness and calm atmosphere. Described as nice, very nice, and pleasant, the pool area offers a relaxing environment. The hotel ensures that the pool is neat and well-maintained, providing an enjoyable spot for guests to unwind. The outdoor pool, while a bit small and shaded earlier in the day, is appreciated for its inviting ambiance. Although some guests mention it being too cold despite being heated, the overall sentiment is favorable. Convenient access to ample parking and a lovely breakfast area near the pool further enhance the guest experience. However, guests note that the pool closes relatively early in the evening and lacks lighting for nighttime use, suggesting potential improvements in this area.
