Peñasco del Sol Hotel offers guests an exceptional beachside escape, distinguished by its prime location with easy and secure access to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. The hotel is conveniently close to various stores, restaurants and local activities, providing ample sightseeing and dining options. Guests frequently commend the fantastic views from the rooms and the relaxing, friendly atmosphere facilitated by the attentive staff.

The breakfast at the hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the large portions and good food at reasonable prices, though some find the quality and value lacking. The menu's variety and service could benefit from improvement and many suggest exploring nearby eateries for alternative breakfast options.

Dining experiences for dinner are generally positive with many praising the delicious offerings at the high-end restaurant and café on site. However, some guests have noted a decline in food quality and limited menu availability, along with pricey drinks. Despite these occasional drawbacks, the dining experience retains a noteworthy reputation.

Room feedback is varied. Guests often praise the spacious rooms, comfortable beds and beautiful ocean views, while emphasizing the cleanliness and friendly staff. However, many note the need for updates, citing dated furniture, lack of amenities and some maintenance issues. Noise and cleanliness concerns also occasionally mar the experience.

The overall cleanliness of the hotel is well-regarded, particularly the pool area, which is described as warm, comfortable and family-friendly. Guests enjoy the meticulously maintained pool facilities, the swim-up bar and the heated pools, although some mention minor issues with service speed.

Parking offers mixed experiences. Valet parking is highly appreciated for its convenience and excellent customer service, but the distant and rough regular parking lot is less favorable. The additional cost for closer parking can also feel steep.

Peñasco del Sol Hotel stands out as a fantastic option for families, thanks to its safe and convenient location, family-friendly environment and entertaining pool area. The staff's friendliness and the tailored room accommodations for families enhance its appeal, making it a preferred choice for future stays.

In summary, Peñasco del Sol Hotel is celebrated for its unbeatable beachside location, clean environment and exceptional staff service, despite some areas requiring improvement. The hotel remains a popular choice for travelers looking to enjoy a relaxing, family-friendly vacation by the sea.
