At Motel 6-Eugene, OR - South Springfield, parking has garnered mixed feedback from guests. On the positive side, there are parking spaces conveniently located near the rooms and the lot is well-lit, ensuring good visibility and security. Additionally, there's a Denny's right next door offering a 10% discount when guests show their room key, adding a convenient dining option.
However, some challenges were noted. The parking lot is narrow and can be tricky to navigate. There are also issues with oil spots, debris and general cleanliness, indicating a need for pressure washing. A few guests also mentioned the parking area's activity level, including some people appearing to live out of their vehicles. Despite these concerns, the overall parking experience is described as good by several guests.

Summarized by AI
While staying at the University Inn and Suites in Eugene, one benefit travelers can enjoy is the free parking, which is a perk for budget-conscious guests. However, the experience does come with some challenges. The parking lot is notably small and can be particularly cramped, especially for those with larger vehicles or trucks. Guests may find the front-end parking restrictive and difficult to navigate. During busy times, the limited number of spots can lead to a lack of available parking, leaving some guests without a space, especially during late evening arrivals. While there's convenient parking right in front of the inn for some, others may have to park further away from their rooms and potentially carry luggage up stairs. Despite these limitations, the on-site parking provides a measure of convenience for those staying at the inn, but it might require a bit of patience and maneuvering.
