Situated in a prime location, Timbers Inn is conveniently nestled within walking distance of numerous attractions, making it an ideal choice for guests attending nearby events. One of the standout features of this hotel is its convenient and ample parking availability. Guests appreciate the proximity of parking to their rooms, ensuring ease of access and hassle-free unloading of luggage. Despite the small size of the parking lot, many find it sufficient to accommodate their needs, with parking both near rooms and on the other side of the main building.
While the accommodations are fairly basic, the charm and appeal of the inn are not lost on its visitors. The cozy rooms contribute to an overall pleasant stay, complemented by the friendly demeanor of the staff. Despite some minor quirks, such as a non-functioning recliner, guests generally find the experience to be satisfying. For those unaccustomed to the hustle and bustle of urban life, some noise may be noticeable, yet many will find the location and parking arrangements at Timbers Inn to be an integral part of the convenience factor during their travels.

Parking at 'Graduate by Hilton Eugene' has drawn mixed feedback from guests. Many appreciate the convenience of the parking garage attached to the hotel with some noting that it's close to restaurants and easily accessible from the highway. However, several guests find the parking fees to be quite high with charges ranging from $19 to $22 per night being a common point of contention. Some guests were surprised by these costs, which were not always clearly stated upfront. Additionally, navigating from the P2 garage to L1 can be tricky and the narrow parking spaces have been challenging for some. Despite these issues, the option to self-park is available, although not always clearly communicated.
