Guests value the proximity to the beach and historic areas with the added benefit of free and ample parking for those traveling by car. Despite some comments on the surrounding neighborhood's view being dominated by hospital buildings, the overall location is seen as advantageous for those desiring a peaceful retreat not far from bustling attractions.
The property prioritizes the comfort and satisfaction of its guests, highlighted by the delightful morning offerings of fresh croissants and warm beverages. This thoughtful touch, accompanied by an all-day coffee machine in the lobby, provides a charming start to the day, making up for the lack of a traditional breakfast service.

Guests enjoy various amenities such as air conditioning, mini-bars and balconies boasting stunning views. The thoughtful design and high-quality furnishings, paired with daily housekeeping, ensure a comfortable stay. Extras like private rooftops with whirlpools and premium suites add a luxurious touch, though the lack of an elevator and occasional water pressure issues are noted.

Daily cleaning services, including fresh towels and toiletries, enhance the overall hygienic environment. The pool area, though small, is equally well-kept, providing a refreshing and peaceful spot for relaxation.

The beds at Bel Residence earn high marks for comfort with guests noting the quality of the mattresses and bedding. Despite some minor inconvenience with double beds comprising two singles that may drift apart, the overall sentiment remains positive due to the comfort provided.
For those seeking a four-star experience, Bel Residence delivers with its top-notch facilities, beautiful sea views and quality service. The hotel's value for money is emphasized, especially during peak seasons. Additionally, the jacuzzi and hot tub amenities are significant highlights, notably the rooftop hot tub with amazing views, enhancing the overall guest experience.
The outdoor pool, though modest in size, is well-loved for its cleanliness and tranquil setting. It provides a serene spot to unwind with sun loungers, cushions and towels readily available.
